How do I reset my data?
Go to the Settings tab within the app and tap "Reset App Data". Warning: This cannot be undone.
Is my data backed up?
Your data lives on your phone. If you backup your iPhone to iCloud, your app data is included in that system backup, but we do not store a separate copy on our servers.
Can I change my calorie goal?
Yes! Go to Settings to update your current weight, goal weight, and activity level at any time.
